JESSICA BEDOL, ASSOCIATE

Jessica Bedol is an attorney who specializes in business immigration, corporate, employment, and property law, and general business legal matters. She has prepared EB-1, L-1 and O-1 employment visas for internationally acclaimed artists, scientists, and business professionals. She has also provided legal counsel on H-1B and other employment-based non-immigrant visa cases for international companies for their global workforce. She provides legal counsel and expertise on a variety of business immigration matters, including adjustment of status applications and represents clients at immigration court hearings.

Jessica also acts as general counsel for international and domestic corporate clients on general business matters, including real estate transactions and acquisitions, due diligence, employment liability, out-of-state business matters, and other related issues. She provides counsel on a variety of business matters, both in- and out-of-state, including compliance with the Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA) and the California Consumer Privacy Act.

Jessica attended USC Gould School of Law, where she studied art law and international trade law. During law school, Jessica was a judicial extern for the Honorable Dennis Perluss, Presiding Justice of the California Second District Court of Appeal, Division Seven, for whom she drafted tentative opinions on criminal and civil matters. Jessica has a special academic interest in cultural heritage preservation and participates in the legal and historical research community as a scholar and presenter. She is currently a Fellow with the Lawyers’ Committee for Cultural Heritage Preservation and has given presentations on related matters to the Edinburgh Bibliographical Society. She is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles.
