Doug Wolfe is an associate attorney at our Law Offices. He specializes in corporate transactional matters, civil litigation, and employment law. He has significant experience advising individual and corporate clients on a range of state and federal laws including wage and overtime laws, disability compliance, landlord-tenant laws, environmental compliance, tax law, and real estate transactional law. In addition to his extensive transactional work, he has also litigated matters involving disability law, fraud and misrepresentation, trademark law, and bankruptcy law. Beyond his work in the corporate sector, Doug has successfully represented a wide range of individuals in obtaining EB-1 and O-1 visas for individuals of extraordinary talent and ability.
Doug attended the UCLA School of Law after successfully completing his undergraduate degree at the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill.
